泰國他叻瓦滴時期（Dvaravati，約6～13世紀）孟族作品。金質，略呈橢圓形，錘鍱成型。菩薩綰高髻，眼瞼浮凸，闊嘴寬鼻，雙眉相連，為他叻瓦滴時期的造像特徵。頭光兩側錘出花莖及花蕾，頭略向右偏，身材瘦長，飾耳璫、項圈，造型簡單古樸。下繫腰布，可見明顯的衣紋。雙腿肌理明顯，交疊坐於蓮座上。蓮座作蓮蓬、蓮瓣、卷曲的蓮葉及蓮莖。
蓮莖及蓮蓬上的坐墊飾有小碎點紋。蓮葉呈長形，卷曲多變，上托蓮座。菩薩右手握拳，左手執水瓶。水瓶為彌勒和觀音之持物，此像因無其他的象徵物，無法辨識其身分。
