托普魯克墩1號佛寺遺址佛坐像

位於新疆維吾爾自治區和田地區策勒縣達瑪溝鄉托普魯克墩1號佛寺遺址，二○○○年出土。據造像風格及碳十四測定，佛像製作年代約為六至七世紀。托普魯克墩1號佛寺遺址坐北朝南，南北長2公尺，東西寬1.7公尺，是世界目前發現中古時期規模最小的佛寺。
佛像緊貼於北壁，肩部以上損毀，結跏趺坐於覆蓮座上，蓮座下為須彌座。佛肩寬，胸平，腰細，著通肩袈裟，薄衣貼體，身軀輪廓明顯與印度笈多王朝（約320～550）風格相近。袈裟樣式、衣紋走勢和背光具有典型的犍陀羅造像藝術特徵。背後泥壁上殘存背光。據佛像損毀部位觀察，其軀體、四肢以木骨、葦草為胎心，加草泥塑形，再經細部塑造。表層施以細泥，造像妝彩先用白化妝土打底，然後通體施繪土紅色。
