安岳毗盧洞第19窟水月觀音菩薩像
四川安岳
又稱紫竹觀音。位於正壁。第19窟舊稱觀音堂，寬7.5公尺，高5.3公尺，進深3.5公尺。觀音雕刻於離地面約4公尺的岩壁間，遊戲坐於鋪蒲葉之山岩座上，頭戴花鬘寶冠，中有一化佛，冠後懸繒帶。菩薩面容秀麗，雙眉彎如新月，雙目微啟，眼角上挑。斜披絡腋，外披天衣，胸飾瓔珞，下身繫長裙，腰帶飄垂而下，衣飾華麗、精緻。頭帶圓形頭光，有屏風狀火焰紋身光。左右浮雕紫竹林，窟頂浮雕祥雲托月。
菩薩左腿自然下垂，踏於一朵盛開之蓮花上，右腿屈起置於岩座上，左手撐岩石，右手放於右膝之上，姿態隨意、自然。此尊造像體態優雅，造型自然，雕刻具有豐富的層次感。窟右下側存明（1368～1644）清（1644～1911）碑刻各一通。像左右兩側刻觀音救八難圖，現已殘損。
