清宮舊藏。清乾隆皇帝（1735～1796在位）曾將此唐卡收錄於《秘殿珠林》，圖上端兩側可見乾隆最重要的幾枚收藏、鑑賞印。後可能賜予西藏宗教領袖。
全作祥雲繚繞，中間三尊結跏趺坐佛，上方各有一香雲寶蓋。三佛造型基本相同，皆青髮，頂飾髻珠，帶蓮瓣形頭光與圓形身光。身著袒右紅色袈裟，右披偏衫，唯雙手結不同的印相。中央坐佛前方有二弟子侍立。下方表現四天王，圖左側為西方廣目天王和北方多聞天王，右側為東方持國天王和南方增長天王。圖最上方中央題「無量壽尊佛」。此作內容可能表現三世佛，即過去迦葉佛、現在釋迦牟尼佛及未來彌勒佛。
