菩薩戴高冠，冠前飾一坐佛。臉長圓，面含微笑，神態大方。耳飾花狀吊墜，胸飾瓔珞。絡腋自左肩斜掛至右腰，長裙垂地，露腳趾。中央垂珠繞過絡腋延伸至足，與腿前瓔珞相接。左手握淨瓶自然垂於腿側，右手持柳枝彎抬至肩。帔帛搭於右臂，一端懸垂，另一端自膝前繞至左側身後。造像動態單純而工藝精緻，裝飾華美。
