佛肉髻寬圓，面相慈厚，斂目觀心，結跏趺坐於束腰蓮座上。其肩豐圓，體型腴厚，著袒右袈裟，左手覆於左膝上，右手已失，原應施無畏印。衣紋及懸裳雕刻手法簡潔，蓮座下方形底座刻有銘文，從正面、兩側延至後方，尚清晰可辨，內容有功德主芳名、完成日期及雕造此像因緣。
