一九一七年新疆維吾爾自治區巴音郭楞蒙古自治州焉耆回族自治縣霍拉山佛寺遺址出土，由斯坦因攜至英國。
佛面相長圓，五官集中秀氣，耳垂肩，結禪定印，跏趺坐，底座方形。有頭光和背光，但左側背光殘缺。佛上身及上臂較長，腿較短，比例略欠勻稱，應是受原材料所限。造像殘存彩色痕跡。
