合邑一百三十人造一佛二菩薩像

主尊佛高肉髻，面相豐腴。著褒衣博帶袈裟，下裳褶紋向外開展。右手施無畏印，左手結與願印，立於方台上。兩側各有一脇侍菩薩，頭戴寶冠，肩披帔帛，帛帶於腹前交叉穿璧。右脇侍雙手捧蓮置於胸前；左脇侍右手持蓮蕾，左手執淨瓶。二菩薩立於蓮台上，蓮台下各有一獅。底座正中陰線刻博山形香爐。
蓮瓣形背光內層為主佛的橢圓形頭光，刻扇形排列的坐佛。第二層蓮瓣形身光，飛天環繞，頂端為交纏的雙龍。最外層飾以火焰紋，線條細密流暢。該造像刻有發願文「大魏正光元年（520）歲次庚子十月辛丑朔二十五□乙丑合邑□一百三十人等……」。
