菩薩頭戴平頂弧形高寶冠，上有化佛，繒帶上飾緞結，順肩而下。面相豐腴，眉間有白毫，神態端莊沉靜。上身比例較大，身廣洪直，形體飽滿。佩項飾，披帔巾，衣褶線條疏密有致。右手掌心向上，置於腹前，左手舉於腹前托寶珠。右腿盤起，舒左腿踏獨枝蓮花，坐於束腰仰蓮座上。造型獨特，鑄造精緻，技法高妙。
