位於西藏自治區阿里地區札達縣古格王國遺址白殿。此像青色螺髮，高肉髻，頂飾寶珠，細眉上揚，雙目垂視。偏袒右肩，內著僧祇支，外披紅底金邊田相紋袈裟，結跏趺坐於覆蓮座上，其下須彌座高148公分。右臂肘毀損，原缺損之左臂、前胸破洞及右膝已修復。
該像面容神情和悅以及腰部頎長等特徵，呈現古格王國時期（10～17世紀初）造像特色。
