位於西藏自治區阿里地區札達縣底雅鄉熱尼拉康（ra nyi lha khang）。造像泥塑彩繪。菩薩綰高髻，戴寶冠，上飾寶珠。雙耳垂肩，面龐豐滿圓潤，額上有一目，計三目，彎眉，嘴角上揚，帶笑意。袒上身，胸前斜繫皮飾，佩戴長鍊、瓔珞、臂釧及手鐲，下著裙。右足平放於座上，左足舒立，坐於仰蓮座上。有四臂，主臂分別持矛、蓮花，餘二臂置於兩膝旁。身後圓形背光外圈飾火焰紋，內圈飾寶珠紋。
