立佛高肉髻，面容飽滿，眼微睜，唇上翹，法相莊嚴。雙手已佚，從姿態推斷，右手應作無畏印，左手施與願印。內著袒右僧祇支，胸前結帶。外著直領對襟之褒衣博帶式袈裟，體態清瘦瀟灑，右領襟甩搭於左肘，袈裟下襬略有外展，衣紋刻劃圓渾穩健，腹間衣紋比例適當。上身挺立，跣足立於長方形台座上，長裙下襬及雙足已風化漫漶。
蓮瓣形舉身光兩側飾忍冬紋，頭光分內外兩圈，內圈淺刻蓮瓣，外圈有十尊小化佛。
整體比例勻稱精簡，為雕刻技藝精湛之佳作。
