新疆維吾爾自治區阿克蘇地區新和縣杜勒杜爾阿庫爾佛寺遺址出土。此尊菩薩頭像頭髮中分卷曲，上有菱格頭巾束髮，髮髻高聳。臉形卵圓，額際飽滿，鼻梁高隆與前庭相連，眼睛細部用陰線刻出，眼細半啟下視。唇薄，唇邊肌肉有微妙變化，鼻形柔和，整體表情含蓄堅毅。此尊頭像面部及髮式保存較好，背面已損毀，表面色彩亦已脫落，面相具犍陀羅遺風。
