新疆維吾爾自治區圖木舒克市托庫孜薩來佛寺遺址I殿出土。此面像造型為模製、敷彩。面形豐腴，大耳，卷髮，五官集中，細眉緊鎖，雙目大而微凸，嘴微張，獠牙上翻。頭頂正中戴一似獅頭物，獅面朝上仰視，咧嘴齜牙。此護法頭像的造型表現威猛但不猙獰。
