新疆維吾爾自治區圖木舒克市托庫孜薩來佛寺遺址I殿出土，二十世紀初由法國人伯希和發掘。
此像卵形臉龐，下頦微微內收，五官舒展，彎弓細眉，眼尾略向上挑起，鼻梁挺直，雙唇微翹，流露出含蓄的笑容。髮式淺平陰刻，綰扁平髻，上無裝飾。面部豐滿，為西域地區塑像的特點，同時又具犍陀羅風格。
