觀音結跏趺坐，頭戴精美寶冠，冠中央有小化佛。面相方正飽滿。慈目微微下視，雙唇略帶笑意。外披帔巾，內著僧祇支，下著長裙，衣紋簡潔概括。佩長瓔珞，繞腿交叉於腰間。左臂屈肘上舉，手掌已佚。右手置於右腿處上方，手掌豐厚飽滿。全像簡潔大方，繁簡得當，刀法遒勁有力。
