菩薩頭戴精美寶冠，面容清秀端莊，神態安詳平靜。胸佩瓔珞垂於膝下，帔帛下繞至身體兩側外展，富於動感。右手上舉持拂，左手下垂提淨瓶。形體細瘦，立於仰覆蓮台上，蓮台下為八面壼門台座。身後有鏤空桃形頭光，頭光內層為透空圓形放射狀紋飾，外層為富有動感的火焰紋。造像製作精美細緻卻不顯得繁雜，體現了高超的藝術水平。
