佛結跏趺坐於簡潔的圓形座上，原背屏與蓮座已佚。面相飽滿圓潤，雙耳垂肩，眉眼細長，雙目微啟下視，直鼻高挺，薄唇緊閉，神態專注，雙手舉於胸前，作說法狀。波浪紋髮仿自犍陀羅風格。著袒右肩袈裟，衣紋以陰線刻劃，形體豐滿健碩。線條簡潔流暢，剛勁有力。全像比例精確，雕造精緻，是晚唐（846～907）的金銅佛傑作。
