菩薩頭束圓大高髮髻，兩側紮髮結，髮絲刻劃精細。面相渾圓飽滿，袒上身，帔帛旋轉繞臂垂於蓮台，有輕靈風動的神采。右臂屈肘微向側上抬起，輕握巾角，左臂自然下垂，提淨瓶。菩薩腰肢向右側出，重心偏移，身姿扭動富於動感。
下方為挑高的雙層蓮台，上層為仰覆蓮瓣，下層為覆蓮台，兩相呼應，更增加了全像的高挑修長，挺拔優美，為唐代（618～907）流行的樣式。
