此銅雕為泰國蘭納泰時期（Lanna Thai，1259～1558）遺品。此時期的佛行走像很可能受到素可泰時期（1238～1438）佛教美術影響。一般佛行走像多表現經行中的釋迦牟尼佛，該像卻是刻劃佛足踏過去三佛均曾走過，並留下腳印的同一處。
此像肉髻高聳，呈錐形，髻頂飾寶珠，螺髮稠密，兩眼專注於腳下。身體微向前傾，雙手於身側自然擺動，重心落在右腳，左腳後伸，腳跟提起。右足踏在三個不同大小、重疊的方形腳印上，其中最大者與台座平面同長寬。此重疊足印從大至小，是表現過去三佛和釋迦牟尼佛的體型依次漸小的概念，以排於末端的釋迦牟尼佛身形最小。
