此像為泰國烏通（U Thong）美術第三期（約14世紀下半葉～15世紀上半葉）的遺珍。
佛肉髻高圓，髻頂置小台座，承托高聳的火焰紋飾。螺髮細密，髮際繫帶，隨額頭形狀起伏。細眉長彎，連接鼻梁。大眼半啟，鷹鼻小嘴，神情清淡澄靜。眉、眼和唇形以陰刻線勾勒，加強輪廓表現。臉形如鵝卵，下頦圓凸，耳垂似蓮瓣微翹。肩、胸厚實，腰身略長，顯得坐像高大。右手作觸地印，左手置於腹前，半跏趺坐於素淨無飾的台座上。
佛的臉形和五官特色均脫胎自素可泰時期（1238～1438）造像，此類佛像樣式為後來的大城時期（Ayutthaya，1350～1767）典型風格奠定了發展基礎。
