觀音結跏趺坐於畫面上端一岩石上，身側雲霧繚繞，海浪翻滾。眾羅漢分布在山石、平台、橋梁、雲霧間，或托塔，或騎虎，或坐禪，或觀想，形態各異。圖軸右端朱繡「虎頭」、「仲子籃生家女紅」印。
刺繡針法精巧，以纏針、滾針、平金和釘線等法繡製，再配以紅、石綠及赭石等顏色暈染，搭配合宜。畫面主題突出，人物形象生動，不失為明代（1368～1644）顧繡中的佳作。
