麵塑長眉羅漢像 湯夙國

麵塑，俗稱捏麵人。長眉羅漢，即賓頭盧尊者，為佛陀弟子、十六羅漢之一，其永住於世，現白頭長眉之相，故又稱住世阿羅漢。
羅漢凝神閉目，眼窩深陷，兩道細長白眉低垂至座前。嘴唇乾癟凹陷，滿臉皺紋，面容塑造頗見功力，傳神地表現出長者的微妙特徵。後有一輪頭光。外披田相紅祖衣，大袍曳地，坐於蒲團之上。膝間放一經卷，面前置一金爐，身體略向前傾，頭微右探，似在傾聽，又似處於靜觀之中。此像雖表現高齡之態，但精神矍鑠，不減其睿智和堅毅。
作品色彩鮮麗，融合西方寫實技巧和民間彩塑手法於一爐，精準地塑造形神兼備的羅漢佳作。
