觀音像高17公分，寬7公分。綰髮，頭戴帛巾，面龐柔和秀美，表情慈祥穩重。頭微向左側，肩部削窄，身著廣袖衫，內著僧祇支，衣紋疏朗，顯示出衣料輕柔的質感。雙手抱一側頭微笑的小兒，其面容精緻小巧，身著長衫，作籠袖狀，模樣可愛。
觀音下著長裙，一足從裙襬露出，坐於山石之上，山石略作雕飾。胎質堅實，施白釉，釉色略呈象牙白，晶瑩細潤。
