Shuangta Qingshou Temple Haiyun Pagoda: Hat of Master Haiyun

貼羅繡僧帽

北京市東城區雙塔寺海雲和尚墓出土

一九五○年北京市東城區雙塔寺海雲和尚墓出土。帽,又作頭巾、頭袖、禪巾、菩薩巾。據《四分律》卷四十載,佛允許比丘於寒冬時節以毛、棉織品裹頭,以禦嚴寒,後世襲用之。此僧帽為元代(1271~1368)海雲和尚之陪葬物。
 帽頂呈尖形,正方口,淺沉香色羅地,用深褐色羅貼繡雲紋及卷草紋,並以黃棕色雙股線縫製而成。帽身左右及後面皆有帽沿,由後方向兩耳處斜收。羅地破損,原有的熠熠金光雖已褪,仍不失為元代絲織工藝的珍貴文物。
