北京市東城區雙塔寺海雲和尚墓出土
一九五○年北京市東城區雙塔寺海雲和尚墓出土。帽，又作頭巾、頭袖、禪巾、菩薩巾。據《四分律》卷四十載，佛允許比丘於寒冬時節以毛、棉織品裹頭，以禦嚴寒，後世襲用之。此僧帽為元代（1271～1368）海雲和尚之陪葬物。
帽頂呈尖形，正方口，淺沉香色羅地，用深褐色羅貼繡雲紋及卷草紋，並以黃棕色雙股線縫製而成。帽身左右及後面皆有帽沿，由後方向兩耳處斜收。羅地破損，原有的熠熠金光雖已褪，仍不失為元代絲織工藝的珍貴文物。
