長號又稱筒欽，藏語音譯拉東（rag dun），是藏傳佛教特有的一種銅管樂器，為藏密讚頌類法器之一。主要用於佛教慶典、法事活動。
號身分上中下三節，可拉伸。一般長約3公尺，最長可達5公尺以上，為西藏銅管樂器中，體型、音量最大者。在固定場合吹奏時，置於木製銅架上；在儀仗行進或臨時活動吹奏時，前面一人扛於肩上，後面一人吹。
據藏文史書記載，長號早現於吐蕃時期（7～9世紀），當時主要用於盟誓等大型儀式，後來逐漸演變為佛教的法器和樂器，十六世紀隨藏傳佛教一起傳入蒙古地區。
