清宮舊藏。藏傳佛教法器。念珠又稱數珠、珠數、誦珠、咒珠、佛珠，即以線貫串一定數目之珠粒，於稱名念佛或持咒時用以記數之隨身法具。珠數不同，所代表之意義亦有分別，如一百零八顆，即表示求證百八三昧而斷除百八煩惱。
嘎巴拉念珠以黃絲線串連一百零八顆骨片而成。骨片呈圓厚粒狀，每顆骨片等距離間隔鑲嵌四顆金銀珠。另用四顆珊瑚隔珠，將珠串分為四節，每節二十七顆。念珠開始處的母珠附有一黃線絲帶，母珠未彩繪佛像。裝飾簡潔，樣式質樸，為清代（1644∼1911）宮廷御用佛具之珍品。
