印度
佛肉髻高隆，淺刻螺髮。寬額，五官清秀，嘴角含笑。右手施無畏印，指間現縵網相，左手下垂握衣角，立於蓮台。袈裟貼體，曲線畢露，突顯碩長身形和勁健體態，流露笈多王朝（約320～550）的遺風，強調雄健的肌理及比例合度的身體結構。領口和袖口邊緣呈優美的水波形翻褶，上身衣紋隱見流暢的「U」形紋，腰布下襬的漩渦形襞褶，以及淺刻火焰紋的鏤空背光等，則映現喀什米爾地區的造像特徵。
該像在美術上與技法上皆有傑出表現，被視為喀什米爾金銅佛造像遺品中最大及最重要的作品之一，而備受矚目。蓮台下之方座立面有藏文刻銘，故有學者推測此像或在喀什米爾鑄造後被帶到西藏，或於西藏製造。
