此像為十五世紀作品。頭戴五葉寶冠，造型華麗，原鑲有寶石現已佚失，綰高髻，長髮披於兩肩。寬額方頤，眉間白毫，雙眼細長，慈目下視，鼻挺唇豐，神情柔和莊嚴。袒上身，胸厚腰細，帔帛瓔珞嚴身，飾有臂釧及手環，雙手於腹前結定印，並持直豎金剛杵。下著裙，衣紋貼體覆座，展現柔軟質感，結跏趺坐於仰覆蓮座上。整體造型展現澆鑄之精湛技巧。
