此像為十七至十八世紀作品，一面四臂。面部仿造喀什米爾風格，高挑眉毛，大眼，頭上戴花冠，面部泥金，頭髮、五官等彩繪。上二臂高舉過頭，結印並持物；下二臂，右手置於膝上結印，左手於胸前持花，花上置經書，結跏趺坐於一回首顧盼的巨大鵝身上。度母頭部右傾，身體呈三屈式，袒上身，下著裙。鵝下是一圓形覆蓮座。寶冠和鵝身部分鎏金，長裙上飾以錯金銀工藝構成方格小花圖案。
