此像為十五世紀作品。舒右足坐於蓮座上，左手向後支於蓮座並持長莖蓮花，右手置右膝上施與願印。眉目明朗，面帶笑容，高髮髻，髮髻上有小化佛，長髮披肩，瓔珞嚴身，鏤空桃形頭光和身光刻飾細密的火焰紋。承托觀音菩薩的獅子，正張口回望尊像，紅鬃紅尾，立於覆蓮台上。
