佛低肉髻，螺髮細密，排列規整，面相豐滿圓潤，雙目低垂，表情慈祥。形體厚實，身軀渾圓，右手屈肘上舉施無畏印，左手下伸結與願印，立於台座上。內著僧祇支，外搭低身圓領袈裟，領口下垂轉折呈「U」形，衣褶疏朗，線條刻劃清晰，自然垂落，胸腹以下呈「V」形，襞褶作波紋狀，對稱均勻，線條流暢，刻工細緻。整體造型表現隋代（581～618）初期之造像特徵。
