甘肅省酒泉市敦煌市莫高窟第17窟出土。十世紀下半葉作品。畫作繪於每平方公分以八條緯線、七條經線織成的麻布上，右側幡身略有脫線，其餘保存完好。
三角形幡頭繪一尊坐佛，幡身繪菩薩立像，從頭光旁的墨書題記知其為延壽命菩薩。菩薩瓔珞嚴身，手結印，立於蓮台。構圖過滿，幾無空隙。由於是以蘆葦筆而非毛筆作畫，因此線條顯得生硬。
