甘肅省酒泉市敦煌市莫高窟第17窟出土
甘肅省酒泉市敦煌市莫高窟第17窟出土。幡身繪菩薩一尊，雙手合十，束圓髻，戴珠形寶冠，佩耳環、項圈、腕釧。身披紅色絡腋，似披雲肩，帔巾繞臂飄展。菩薩足下蓮台未施暈染，而以紅色點染蓮瓣前端。
幡頭非以另一塊麻布接縫，而是直接以墨線繪出三角形代替，內畫花朵。菩薩頭光右側不見長方形榜題，直接墨書「南无延壽命菩薩」。
