甘肅省酒泉市敦煌市莫高窟第17窟出土。此作品多處破損，褐色鑲邊縫有五個布製小環紐，可能作為懸掛之用。
菩薩頭束圓髻，寶冠飾珠和繒帶；雙目凝視下方，蓄蝌蚪形小髭；左手下垂提淨瓶，右手上舉輕拈柳枝。胸前瓔珞垂至腹前，帔巾繞臂，袖口有綠色褶邊，臂釧綴有寶珠。
菩薩頭光左側榜題「觀音菩薩一軀□□」。此為麻布設色作品，然顏料嚴重脫落。
