此像螺髮高髻，面相方圓，眉毛上挑，雙目下視，鼻直唇小，耳輪垂長。肩寬細腰，著袒右袈裟，衣紋平行流暢如水波，衣緣、袖口和下襬飾以規整之皺褶。身後有桃形頭光和身光，刻劃聯珠紋和雙重卷草紋。雙手於胸前作轉法輪印，結跏趺坐於小型仰蓮座上。座下為二層結構，上層是嵌珍珠之覆蓮座，其下中間支柱左右為透雕團花；下層是覆鉢底座，上刻「大清乾隆年（1736～1795）製」。
清乾隆時期造像數量極多，做工較簡略，飾物也趨程式化，缺少靈動感，品質大都不如明朝（1368～1644）。此像係奉旨所造，五官乃模仿古喀什米爾造像風格，製作華麗，金光閃爍，局部處理十分細緻，是乾隆時期難得的造像上品，陳設於北京故宮博物院珍寶館。
