喀巴止美
西藏阿里貢塘地區 藏傳 繪畫
譯名為mkhas pa dri med。生卒年不詳。明代（1368～1644）藏族僧人。阿里貢塘地區（今西藏日喀則吉隆）人。為十六世紀藏傳佛教勉唐畫派大師。其繪製之寫經插圖，以木版刻印形式傳世，今為研究勉唐藝術原貌之寶貴資料。從嘉靖十二年（1533）繪製的貢塘木刻版《妙乘藏》插圖之諸大成就者像，可見人物造型帶江孜地區繪畫風格，但較之略顯圓厚方硬，手足更大，腳趾更短，衣紋線條之裝飾性減低，更傾向明代工筆人物的衣紋表現方式。其中多幅背景以漢式山水樹木形式取代藏傳佛教繪畫常見的尼泊爾式山石樹木圖案，突顯勉唐畫派典型特色。
