姚思元

生卒年不詳。唐代（618～907）畫家。林泉（今河南安陽彰德）人，以釋道人物畫而聞名，所作多寓含警悟世俗、止惡行善之意。其作品當時即較為少見，《宣和畫譜》著錄其畫作有佛會圖、孔雀佛鋪圖、紫微二十四化圖等三件。
