翟琰
繪畫
生卒年不詳。唐代（618～907）畫家，活動於玄宗（712～756在位）時期。為吳道子的弟子，工於佛像，擅長布色。吳道子作畫，常落筆後便離去，讓翟琰與張藏敷色濃淡，翟琰設色落墨與吳道子親筆非常相似。
《歷代名畫記》記載，東都（今河南洛陽）敬愛寺西禪院內西廊壁畫，係吳道子於開元十年（722）所描，有日藏月藏經變及業報差別經變相等，翟琰布色而成。《宣和畫譜》著錄其畫作天尊聖像、太上像、孔雀明王像、天王圖等四件。《畫鑑》記載：「翟琰師吳生，筆法大不及，惟得傅色之法，嘗見孔雀明王像甚佳。」
