新疆維吾爾自治區和田地區出土。該像頭綰髮髻，雙手向上舉起，上半身從開敷的蓮花中央露出，髮髻後帶一圈圓形頭光，戴耳璫、胸飾、臂釧、腕釧，表現菩薩形象。
此種以灰泥製的尊像，用模型可大量複製各式各樣圖像，黏於寺院壁面或佛像背光上，作為裝飾。從污泥中伸長蓮莖，開出蓮花，象徵清淨。
