據該像背光銘文記載，「永仁四年（1296）丙申卯月八日奉入」，得知其明確之紀年。包括蓮花座、蓮瓣形背光，以高浮雕技法整塊石材雕出，覆蓮座則為後來補上。
佛像高65公分，身著袒右袈裟，右覆偏衫，右手上舉施無畏印，左手持藥壺置於腹前，結跏趺坐於蓮座上。省略螺髮及足前的造型刻飾，衣紋線條簡約。整體比例勻稱，面相清秀，為日本關東地區石佛的標準作品之一。
