新疆維吾爾自治區巴音郭楞蒙古自治州焉耆回族自治縣七個星佛教遺址出土。佛像右腕損毀，原似作說法印。左手置於膝上，輕挽袈裟一端。此尊佛像臉形具有明顯的西域風格。斜披袈裟，偏袒右肩，衣服褶皺似有受犍陀羅風格影響的痕跡，紋路處理細膩，尤其近踝處，線條擠壓壘疊，自然生動。另髮髻紋路及眉眼都刻劃纖細，整體風格協調一致。
基座上部描繪排列的蓮花瓣，中間則有相對的翼鹿像，應是表現釋迦牟尼佛於鹿野苑初轉法輪的題材。
