觀音頭戴化佛寶冠，綰髻，髮絲如縷，冠繒飄揚，耳璫、腕釧、瓔珞嚴身，綠色帔帛繞臂垂下。觀音左臂擱於左膝，抱一嬰兒，右臂支於獅背，遊戲坐於獅身上。獅鬃及尾巴描繪細膩。作品線條流暢，設色淡雅，寶冠、瓔珞描金。單色圓形頭光及空白背景更有效地突顯出畫面主題。
