慈悲喜舍 王北岳

「慈悲喜捨」即是四無量心，是諸佛菩薩為普度無量眾生，令離苦得樂，所應具有的四種精神。此方印有邊款「捨，古文作舍，今從之。壬申二月，北岳刻。」由此得知刻於一九九二年。
此印以古璽形式呈現，宗法先秦遺風，取單行邊欄，以鐘鼎銘文布局，有古樸風貌。
王北岳本名澤恆，號子蒼。河北文安人。治印、作書、著述，皆以字「北岳」行。好書畫，尤精工藝，篆刻受教於賀孔才。一九四九年來臺，與王壯為、曾紹杰等籌組「海嶠印集」，組織「中華民國篆刻學會」，創辦《印林》雜誌。著有《王北岳書法篆刻集》、《王北岳印選》、《王北岳書法集》、《王北岳自用印選》、《挹翠挽香居藏印》、《篆刻述要》等。
