陶迦陵頻伽紋瓦當

韓國八世紀初作品。圓形瓦當，內作兩道同心圓。中央圈內為迦陵頻伽，人頭鳥身。頭綰雙髻，身披帔帛，體軀右傾；背負羽翼，作振翅待飛之勢。外圍圈內布滿十二片複瓣蓮紋。瓦當外緣圈飾聯珠紋。
迦陵頻伽，佛教護法之一。經云「山谷曠野中，多有迦陵頻伽，出妙聲音，若天若人，緊那羅等無能及者。」
