位於山西省大同市華嚴寺上寺大雄寶殿。該殿坐西朝東，殿內佛壇供奉五方佛及脇侍菩薩，共十一尊，南北兩壁前排立二十諸天像，皆為明代（1368～1644）作品。據明成化元年（1465）《重修大華嚴寺感應碑記》，五方佛中央三尊為木雕，造於明宣德年間（1426～1435），其餘兩尊泥塑，造於宣德、景泰（1450～1457）年間。
五方佛由北至南依序為東方阿●（L）佛、南方寶生佛、中央毗盧遮那佛、西方阿彌陀佛、北方不空成就佛。五佛皆高7.5公尺，螺髮肉髻，髻頂飾寶珠，著袒右袈裟，各結不同手印。因非同期創造，故造型略有差異，阿●（L）佛和不空成就佛眉長而垂，嘴較小。
五佛皆結跏趺坐於高大的仰覆蓮須彌座上，座上或飾盤龍，或飾吉祥花，或飾幾何圖案，為清代（1644～1911）重彩。背光主要分三層，內層飾蓮花，中層作如意雲環，外層飾火焰紋，保存完好。
