印度北方邦鹿野苑遺址出土
印度北方邦瓦拉那西（Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh）鹿野苑（Sarnath）出土。表現佛傳故事中，佛於舍衛城展現種種神通降伏六師外道，其中千佛化現的奇蹟。
造像下部可見佛陀結跏趺坐於由二龍王支撐的大蓮花上，周圍是十三尊化佛或立或坐於蓮花上。
佛陀兩側立有二脇侍菩薩，皆呈三屈式立姿，袒上身，纏腰布，佩戴飾物，右手高舉過頭持拂子，其中右脇侍菩薩左手持金剛杵，為笈多王朝（約320〜550）新興的金剛手菩薩造像。
