菩薩頭梳高髻，面容方中帶圓，威儀莊重，蓮瓣形背光上陰線刻輻狀紋飾。菩薩身著圓領衣，下著長裙，帛帶自然垂於蓮座兩旁。右手持劍，已佚失，左手托寶瓶於右膝上，舒左足垂踏獅子坐騎。獅子回首向身旁的獅奴，立於雙層四足方台上，睜目張口怒吼，作行走狀，造型雄壯有力。該作品鑄工複雜精巧，為五代時期（907～960）的藝術佳作。
