Lawkahteikpan Temple: Seated Buddha

洛迦泰克般寺佛坐像
緬甸
位於緬甸曼德勒省蒲甘（Bagan, Mandalay）洛迦泰克般寺（Lawkahteikpan Temple）。此像除螺髮、眉眼、嘴唇塗以顏色，其餘通身敷金箔。面相圓滿，螺髮及肉髻略小，髻頂有蓮蕾形裝飾。長耳垂肩，彎眉舒展，雙眼垂視，鼻若懸膽。頸項粗短，胸肩壯碩。著袒右袈裟，衣裾於左肩摺疊呈帶狀。右手下垂，作降魔觸地印，結跏趺坐於低平的仰覆蓮座上。雙腿盤坐呈一直線，和兩膝至髻頂的距離，形成等邊三角形，使造像顯得特別穩重平衡。
佛螺髮及肉髻略小、眼梢上揚、袈裟衣角從左肩垂下的襞褶等樣式，呈現蒲甘王朝（約849～1287）單尊造像典型特徵。佛像背後繪有佛傳圖及脇侍弟子，則承襲自印度波羅王朝（Pala，約8～12世紀）的風格。
