Bosalsa Temple: Pair of Standing Buddhas

菩薩寺二佛並立像

一九七○年韓國忠清北道清州市菩薩寺發現，同時另發現一尊地藏菩薩像。該像為一光二佛像，兩尊像大小相同，樣式統一。
佛像臉龐帶有童稚般的微笑，優美且纖細，身軀也如同小孩般輕柔，雙手對稱而略胖，皆充分表現出如同小孩的純真。此像缺乏彈性而帶有簡略的技法，因此推測為高麗時期（918～1392）所作。
該二佛並立像很可能和《妙法蓮華經》卷四〈見寶塔品〉的釋迦、多寶二佛並坐像題材有關。
